Type A are secured to posts (i.e. Street lights) and are the preferred option as they are more visible

Type B are secured to walls. Most Coordinators buy two signs for either end of the road. Where you can get them You have to contact the manufacturer directly. You can collect or have them delivered (you have to pay carriage if they are delivered). The sign should be between 2.1m to 3.6m high, not attached to existing posts carrying traffic signals or regulatory traffic signs or to posts belonging to statutory authorities (SEB or BT) without their consent.
